Old Bulgarian Capital - Veliko Tarnovo

Veliko Tarnovo (or Tyrnovo) is located in the northern part of Bulgaria, amongst very peculiar mountains. It was a Bulgarian capital in the Middle Ages. The old town lies on the hills above the modern part of Tyrnovo.

Time of Sakura

It's time of sakura blossoming now. In many places this period begins earlier, but in Moscow sakura blossoms in the end of April and early in May. Below are images from the Japanese Garden in Moscow Botanical Garden.
